Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Marketing AI & Systems Manager your key area of responsibility will be to design, build, and integrate AI tools directly into our marketing stack to drive growth, personalization, and efficiency. You won't just evaluate AI tools or follow the wave — you will build on it, deploying production-grade systems that help our marketing organization move faster, produce better work, and drive stronger business results.
  • You will also own the governance, evaluation, and evolution of our marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring that every tool we invest in is connected, optimized, and delivering measurable value. If you are energized by solving complex operational problems with emerging technology, thrive at the crossroads of marketing and engineering, and want to shape how a global organization leverages AI — this role is for you.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a closely related field, with a strong emphasis on building and shipping AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions in a B2B marketing environment
  • Proven track record of building and deploying AI-powered tools or workflows in a production marketing context — not just evaluating or recommending them
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, demand generation principles, and how marketing technology drives pipeline growth
  • Experience managing and integrating complex martech stacks, with hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, and content management systems
  • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for building and maintaining AI applications, agents, and integrations
  • Deep knowledge of context engineering and working with LLM APIs — including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent models — to build reliable, production-grade AI systems
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
  • Experience working with vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate) and designing knowledge retrieval systems
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms and workflow automation tools (e.g., Workato, Make, Zapier)
  • Comfort with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) for lightweight UI development and tooling presentation layers
  • Understanding of enterprise security practices including OAuth, SSO, and cloud deployment standards
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights and clearly communicate the business impact of technical work to revenue and marketing stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills — equally comfortable explaining AI architecture to an engineer and presenting workflow improvements to a CMO
  • Experience with third-party B2B data enrichment platforms (e.g., Clay, ZoomInfo, 6sense) and intent data strategies
  • Familiarity with AI search optimization, answer engine optimization (AEO), and how brands can build authority and citation presence in AI-driven discovery environments
  • If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role! Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
  • Please note: Geotab does not accept agency resumes and is not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes. Please do not forward resumes to Geotab employees.

Qualifications

  • We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Senior Marketing AI & Systems Manager who will design, build, and integrate AI tools — including conversational agents, predictive models, and autonomous workflows — directly into our marketing stack to drive growth, personalization, and efficiency. This is a high-impact, hybrid role that bridges the gap between software development and go-to-market strategy — sitting at the intersection of marketing, artificial intelligence, and technology integration. If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!
