  • Risk & Insurance is evolving its operating model to support significant growth while improving efficiency. This role is central to that transformation, helping the team move from manual, fragmented workflows to scalable, technology-enabled operations. By combining hands-on building, team enablement, and operational execution, this role will unlock how the organization works.
  • This is not a traditional operations or analyst role. You are a builder. Someone who turns manual workflows into automated systems, data into usable infrastructure, and ideas into real, working solutions.
  • As the Risk & Insurance Enablement Manager , you will act as a force multiplier across the Risk & Insurance function. You will design and build AI-powered workflows, enable teams to adopt new tools and ways of working, and help evolve how the function operates at scale.
  • This role sits at the intersection of people, process, data, and technology, and plays a critical role in helping Risk & Insurance scale output and complexity without linear headcount growth.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, analytics, automation, or a related field
  • Proven experience building and implementing workflows or automation solutions (not just recommending them)
  • Experience applying AI tools (e.g., prompt design, workflow automation, LLM-powered use cases) in real-world workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL; experience querying and manipulating data required
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Airtable, Zapier) and/or scripting (Python, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrating systems or moving data between tools
  • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire and support others
  • The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109.000.00 to $136,000.00 per year.
  • Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
