Internal AI Job Board

AI Operations Specialist | Agentic Workflows

Ramp - New York, NY / San Francisco, CA

Non-technical Verified May 21, 2026 Source: ramp.com

This role is part of the Internal AI Job Board, a curated list of jobs for teams building or operating internal AI systems. Follow the original role page for the employer description, requirements, and application flow.

Responsibilities

  • As an AI Product Operator, you will help accelerate Ramp's goal of becoming the most productive company in the world through AI. You will boost not just AI usage across our business, but an AI-first mindset—so that every team develops a muscle for leveraging new AI capabilities instinctually, and is enabled to act on those instincts. This role sits at the intersection of internal transformation and external impact. The AI systems and workflows you build internally are increasingly becoming part of Ramp's external story—influencing how we talk to customers, how our AI agents engage with them in-product, and how we utilize our own operational learnings to save more time and money for customers. You'll work across disciplines as part vibe coder, part data expert, part product manager, and part business ops maven—co-developing the cutting edge of AI building technology for the Ramp team and using it to drive massive change at high velocity.
  • Ensure Ramp teams are set up to deploy AI tools and workflows at the fastest rate in the industry through enablement and development of internal AI products, agents, skills and tools.
  • Ensure non-engineering teams are set up to leverage our internal AI stack (Ramp Inspect, Ramp Glass / Claude Code, Ramp Skills, Notion, etc) through focused enablement, product improvements, and building individual success stories
  • Measure impact of internal products via (AI-built!) dashboards, QA checks, and iteratively improve them based on user feedback.
  • Seed an AI-native culture, coaching internal "AI champions" and embedding templates and practices into team norms.
  • Build feedback loops that make internal AI agent performance compound over time - making internal teams faster and higher quality at their work, and evolving external-facing systems that sharpen how Ramp engages with customers through AI.
  • Tackle foundational AI infrastructure challenges with our technical teams: AI data reliability, managing shared AI skills at scale, and solving the hard operational and technical problems underneath a truly AI-powered company.
  • Help package and tell Ramp's internal AI journey externally—through customer pitches, conferences, and content—as we find ways to deliver the benefits of what we've built to our customers.
