Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, with recent AI-focused roles that hold increasing ownership and complexity
Demonstrated ability to architect and build AI-powered tools from the ground up, with working knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure — leveraging services like BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Functions to move from prototype to production with speed and reliability.
Experience writing or reviewing scripts in Python or JavaScript to support integrations, automation, or operational tooling
Ideally familiarity with modern People Technology ecosystems, including ATS, HCM, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics platforms
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking with execution speed
